CNC Machinist - Norway, MI

Milwaukee Broach Company, an industry leader in the manufacture of broach cutting tools, currently has a direct hire, full time, permanent opening for a CNC Machinist in our Norway Michigan facility. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities include setup and operation of a variety of CNC and manual grinding machines. Basic skills and knowledge including:

• CNC machine operation, setup, and adjustment
• Use of precision measuring devices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Understanding of shop routings
• Completion of required paperwork

Candidates will need solid math skills, good mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to vary work hours to accommodate production scheduling needs. A stable employment history and background in manufacturing is preferred.

2nd Shift CNC Machinist - New Berlin, WI

Milwaukee Broach Company, an industry leader in the manufacture of broach cutting tools, is currently seeking a full time 2nd shift CNC machinist with manual Wet Grinder experience in our New Berlin, WI facility. This is an opportunity to work 2nd shift. We are pleased to offer a competitive wage and benefit package.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Principle responsibilities include setup and operation of a CNC Elb machine as well as a Mattison Wet Grinder. Candidates will need solid math skills, good mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Basic skills and knowledge including:

• CNC machine operation, setup, and adjustment
• Use of precision measuring devices (Micrometers, indicators)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Understanding of shop routings
• Completion of required paperwork
Must be team orientated. Prior experience with machining high speed steel is a plus.
